The practice offers 60 minutes of conscious breathing and mindful movement designed to leave you feeling grounded and energized. Work at your level. We use yoga asana (postures) and pranayama (breath techniques) to cultivate your breath capacity, physical & mental flexibility, mobility, strength, and balance. Asana practice includes floor work, standing, balancing and seated postures. The practice is primarily on your mat and we use a chair as a prop to both assist and challenge our range of motion and strength. Getting on and off the floor is essential for taking this class.
