In this class, Fran guides you through a smooth, steady sequence of breath and movement exercises to enhance and mobilize the immune system. Designed specifically for elders, our Chair Yoga class fosters overall well-being, enhanced immunity, mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and flexibility.

Participants of various levels of mobility can comfortably engage in yoga practices while seated in a chair or standing. Join us to boost healing, reduce inflammation, and improve overall wellness.

ELDER Chair Yoga & Lymph Flow

Gently build breath capacity, mobility, flexibility, and strength. Designed to leave you feeling calm, grounded, and energized, Fran encourages you to work at your level as we gently alternate between floor work, standing, balancing, and seated postures.
