  • Functional Yoga

    Leave your desk behind and join us for this hour-long continuous movement session. This strong, expansive, all-levels practice will gently stretch and energize your body with the stamina you need to power through the rest of your day. While emphasizing proper form, Fran provides varying levels of difficulty for each pose, allowing you to work at the intensity that is right for you.

  • ELDER Chair Yoga & Lymph Flow

    Promote overall well-being during an hour of gentle, rejuvenating movement. Chair-based movements accommodate varying mobility levels. Sit or stand as we move our way toward improved balance, flexibility, and endurance. As you build your strength and confidence, Fran encourages you to explore movement variations that offer an elevated challenge. All ages welcome!

  • ELDER Mat Yoga

    Step onto your mat for 60 minutes of mindful, breath-connected movement designed to ground and reinvigorate you. Bolster your physical and mental flexibility and endurance in this steady, spacious practice. When you’re ready, Fran welcomes you to gently challenge yourself with pose variations. Open to all ages! (Participants must be able to get up from and down onto their mats during practice.)

    In addition to your live classes, each individual monthly membership gives you access to a full online library of over 100 class recordings. Our All Access Family Membership provides you, your spouse, and the elder members of your family with unlimited access to all of our live classes and over 300 recorded classes.
