This all-levels, mindful practice is at once soothing and energizing. In each session, Fran encourages you to work at your level with an integrated training approach based on a progressive program of stabilization, strength, and power. Graduated pose variations allow you to intensify the practice and safely challenge yourself at the level that is right for you.
Alignment principles from traditional yoga postures and clear, easy-to-follow exercise techniques maximize movement efficiency and efficacy. Each session is designed to cultivate your breath capacity, physical & mental flexibility, mobility, strength, and balance.
*Note!: If you miss the live session you registered for, don’t worry! Your monthly membership gives you access to the current class on-demand library so you can practice with the recording at your convenience.
