In dynamic personal training sessions, we employ a range of modalities to move you to your individual goals. Whether you are recovering from injury, or simply want to improve your overall health, we start right where you are and build from there. Through safe, powerful, and effective movement, these personalized sessions are designed to address various aspects of fitness, including strength, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, and mental well-being. Prior to your first training session you will complete a PARQ.

The human body, mind, emotion, and spirit, is a beautifully complex tapestry, in our one-on-one yoga sessions we clarify your alignment, we cultivate your inner strength and wisdom, and explore the vast and ancient practice through your unique physical expression. Each session is an opportunity to check in with your body and let Fran know how you are in this moment. As we get to know your body’s particular patterns, strengths, and needs, we will work together to identify a mix of traditional and innovative movements to bring balance and ensure a well-rounded and engaging fitness journey.
