Private classes
Start where you are and grow from there. Through tailored personal training sessions or private yoga instruction, Fran will collaborate with you to identify your unique needs and goals. ELDER classes
Join a community of your peers online. ELDER classes are designed for our active aging community (or younger folks with ELDER spirits) looking for a joyful, gentle, and deep practice. This practice maintains and improves flexibility, and strength while teaching you how to move in a more healthy and intuitive way.
